Surfriders! We had a great May Chapter meeting, and thanks to all who made it out. There are LOTS of upcoming events, including our first DC Surfrider Surf Trip to the Outer Banks the weekend of May 17, upcoming public forums on recreational use of our waterways, the Potomac and Anacostia, Cleanups, Volunteer opportunities at the Blue Vision Summit, and planning for Ripple! Movie Night Tonight!

A group will be going to see a limited screening of the fim “A Deeper Shade of Blue” at 7:30 PM tonight at the Ballston Commons Cinema located at 671 N Glebe Rd, Arlington, VA 22203. The group will meet at the cinema between 7-7:15, and likely go out for food and drinks after. If you are interested in going, contact Mike Billingham at vicechair@dc.surfrider.org

The movie “A Deeper Shade of Blue” will be showing only on March 28, 2013 at 7:30 PM, at Ballston Commons 12 located at 671 N Glebe Rd, Arlington, VA 22203. A group will be gathering to watch the movie there at about 7-7:15pm and will go for food/drinks after the movie.
