Grab a drink with the chapter this Wednesday
Instead of our usual monthly chapter meeting, we’re gathering at Penn Social (map, Green/Yellow/Red line accessible) to grab drinks and talk waves, river, hurricanes, and turkey. Come meet your fellow D.C. chapter members. Not a member? No problem, all are welcome to come hang!
Where’s Penn Social?

Meet us at Lululemon in Georgetown on Wednesday, November 5 at 7pm. Pete Stauffer and Paul Herzog from Surfrider HQ are attending the meeting and will talk about their visit to DC and Ocean Friendly Gardens! We’ll also have Surfrider’s new CEO, Chad Nelson, in attendance. Don’t miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to have this many HQ staff at a chapter meeting!
We’ll also discuss #BanTheFoamMoCo, a recap of our Fall OBX trip, and plans for 2015!
After the meeting, we’ll grab beers and snacks at a local establishment while we talk waves, Hurricane Gonzalo epicness, and all things river.
